Examples of Existing CC&Rs in a sentence

  • Management Company hereby gives its consent to all Existing CC&R's.

  • All costs, expenses and charges which are imposed on the Hotel under the Existing CC&R's shall be paid from Gross Revenues as Deductions; provided, however, that any such costs, expenses or changes which are treated under generally-accepted accounting principles as "capital expenditures" (for example, building a common roadway) shall be treated as expenditures under Section 8.03 for purposes of this Agreement.
