  • I confirm that the business named in section 3 has not exceeded the grant allocation limit set out in the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

  • The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the conduct of its employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors and guests whilst at the Venue who shall be bound by and must observe the terms set out in the Exhibitor Application Form, these Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor’s Manual in all respects.

  • Management has the right to make such changes, amendments, and additions to these Exhibitor Terms and Conditions as it shall deem necessary to the proper conduct of the exhibition and thereupon the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and the operations rules shall rest with Management and its decision will be final.

  • Conflicting conditions of the exhibitor or conditions which deviate from our General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions are not accepted, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

  • The registration must be completed in full and sent to the Organiser in accordance with these General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

  • Our General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions shall also apply if we provide the service to the exhibitor without reservation knowing that terms and conditions of the exhibitor conflict with or deviate from our General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

  • The word “Terms” shall mean the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions included herein.

  • Violations of any Exhibitor Terms and Conditions herein shall entitle Management to exclude Exhibitor from Expo and seek remedies for damages caused by such violations, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

  • The General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted as legally binding after signature on the application form.

  • By applying for sponsorship or exhibition space to the Conference, Applicant acknowledges that it has read and agrees to adhere to and be bound by all of the policies, terms, rules and regulations governing the exhibition set forth in the Sponsorship Prospectus (“Prospectus”), the Order, and the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), collectively integrated and referred to as the Agreement (“Agreement”).

Related to Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of these Securities as set out in the General Conditions (Part A), the Product and Underlying Data (Part B) and the Special Conditions (Part C).

  • Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Other Terms means as follows:

  • Standard Conditions means the “International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association Standard Conditions for Grant Financing Made by the Bank out of Trust Funds”, dated February 25, 2019.

  • Structural Term Sheet shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx on behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term "Collateral Term Sheet" as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral Term Sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented. The term "Computational Materials" has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the "Xxxxxx letter" and together with the PSA Letter, the "No-Action Letters") of Brown & Xxxx on behalf of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;

  • Specified Conditions means, at any time of determination thereof, (a) no Incremental Term Loans in the form of an institutional term loan B facility have been issued and are outstanding pursuant to Section 2.20 of the Credit Agreement and (b) (i) the Company’s “corporate credit rating” from S&P (or such other term as S&P may from time to time use to describe the Company’s senior unsecured non-credit enhanced long term indebtedness, such rating, the “S&P Rating”) shall be at least BBB- (with a stable outlook) and the Company’s “corporate family rating” from Xxxxx’x (or such other term as Xxxxx’x may from time to time use to describe the Company’s senior unsecured non-credit enhanced long term indebtedness, such rating, the “Xxxxx’x Rating”) shall be at least Baa3 (with a stable outlook) or (ii) (x) the Company’s S&P Rating shall be at least BBB- (with a stable outlook) or the Company’s Xxxxx’x Rating shall be at least Baa3 (with a stable outlook) and (y) the Leverage Ratio is less than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
