Exclusive AbbVie Products means the pharmaceutical products set forth on Schedule 1.01(l).

New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
