Excess Obligor Concentration Amount definition

Excess Obligor Concentration Amount means, at any time, the aggregate of the amounts determined for each Obligor by which (a) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool that are owed by such Obligor or an Affiliate of such Obligor at such time, exceeds (b) the Concentration Limit for such Obligor at such time.
Excess Obligor Concentration Amount means as of any date of determination, the amount of Aggregate Receivables related to a single Obligor (or an affiliated group of Obligors), but only to the extent such amount is in excess of 5% of the amount of Aggregate Receivables as of such date of determination.
Excess Obligor Concentration Amount mean, at any time of determination, the aggregate amount for each Obligor by which the Outstanding Balances of Eligible Receivables relating to such Obligor minus the amounts described in clause (a) of the definitions of Excess Commercial Loan Receivables Concentration Amount, Excess Leveraged Term Loan Receivables Concentration Amount and Excess Purchased Receivables Concentration Amount for such Obligor exceeds $5,000,000 (or, with respect to Southwest Jet, Spray Booth Systems and Bendxx Xxxpbuilding, the Outstanding Balance of such Obligor's Receivables as of the date hereof).
