Excess Concentration Amount definition

Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination, in respect of which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, the portions (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) of each Eligible Collateral Loan that cause such Concentration Limitations to be exceeded.
Excess Concentration Amount means, as of the most recent Measurement Date (and after giving effect to all Collateral Obligations to be purchased or sold by the Borrower on such date), the sum, without duplication, of the following amounts:
Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to all Loan Assets included in the Collateral, the amount by which the sum of the Adjusted Borrowing Values of such Loan Assets exceeds any applicable Concentration Limitations, to be calculated without duplication, after giving effect to any sales, purchases or substitutions of Loan Assets as of such date; provided that with respect to any Loan Asset or portion thereof, if more than one Concentration Limitation would be exceeded, the Concentration Limitation that would result in the highest Excess Concentration Amount shall be used to determine the Excess Concentration Amount.

Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date, and in respect of all limits included in the definition of "Concentration Limit" (without double counting), the aggregate of all the Relevant Excess Concentration Amounts on such date.
