European List definition

European List means the list of professional representatives maintained by the European Patents Office in pursuance of the Convention;
European List means the list of ship recycling facilities established and amended from time to time by the European Commission under Article 16 of the EU Regulation as it has effect in EU law;
European List means a list of Contractors compiled by another contracting authority following the entry into a Framework Agreement, in accordance with European Directives.
