Euro definition

Euro means the single currency of participating member states of the economic and monetary union as contemplated in the Treaty on European Union.
Euro and “€” mean the single currency of the Participating Member States.
Euro and “EUR” mean the lawful currency of the Participating Member States introduced in accordance with the EMU Legislation.

  • No Revolving Credit Loan or Revolving Euro Tranche Loan may be converted into or continued as a Revolving Credit Loan or Revolving Euro Tranche Loan, as the case may be, denominated in a different currency, but instead must be repaid in the original currency of such Loan and re-borrowed in the other currency.
