Estimated Energy Savings definition

Estimated Energy Savings means the Energy Savings expected to be derived in a single Performance Period from Measures to be installed or actually installed at the Project Site.

More Definitions of Estimated Energy Savings

Estimated Energy Savings means the energy savings from the proposed Energy Improvement Works of the Development derived from the difference between the Baseline Energy Consumption and the Estimated Energy Consumption;
Estimated Energy Savings. The amount of Energy Savings, expressed in kWh and kW of demand, estimated to be provided on an annual (and monthly) basis by means of a Phase and/or the Project pursuant to this Agreement and as set forth in each Amendment. The Estimated Energy Savings of each Phase shall be identified in the detailed energy audit completed and approved pursuant to Schedule A, and set forth in the applicable Amendment.

Related to Estimated Energy Savings

  • Energy Savings means an amount of saved energy determined by measuring and/or estimating consumption before and after implementation of an energy efficiency improvement measure, whilst ensuring normalisation for external conditions that affect energy consumption;
