Equity Tender Offer definition

Equity Tender Offer means the cash tender offer for 100% of the shares of common stock of the Company at a price of $50.00 per share.
Equity Tender Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
Equity Tender Offer means the Purchasers’ public tender offer to purchase up to 100% of the outstanding shares of Maxcom’s common stock on the terms set forth in the Agreements to Tender and the Recapitalization Agreement.
