Exit Facility Term Sheet definition

Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.

Exit Facility Term Sheet means a term sheet describing the material terms of the Exit Facility Credit Agreement, which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Debtors, the Exit Facility Arranger, and the Exit Facility Agent.
