Equity Participant definition

Equity Participant means any Person holding (directly or indirectly) a 15% or greater interest in the Proposer.

Equity Participant means any Person who holds any shares of capital stock, units, partnership or membership interests, other equity interests or equity securities of the Concessionaire.

Equity Participant shall be those Persons whose names are listed on Schedule A, which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
