Environmental Indemnities definition

Environmental Indemnities means, collectively, each Environmental Indemnity for the Individual Properties.

Environmental Indemnities means the indemnities executed by the Corporation, as indemnitor, in favor of the Office, the Authority, the Trustee and the other parties named therein, as indemnitees, each setting forth certain indemnification obligations relating to Hazardous Materials.

More Definitions of Environmental Indemnities

Environmental Indemnities means those certain Environmental Indemnity Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, made by the Essex Parties in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Environmental Indemnities means each Environmental Indemnity Agreement executed by Borrower, Parent, and one or more Mortgagors, in favor of Administrative Agent and the Lenders.

Environmental Indemnities means the Ardutch Environmental Indemnity and the Whirlpool Environmental Indemnity;

Environmental Indemnities mean, collectively, (i) the Environmental Indemnity dated as of the Closing Date between the Borrower and the Lender, and (ii) the Environmental Indemnity to be entered into between the Borrower and the Lender, in each case, in the form of EXHIBIT F hereto, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or extended.

Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the Seller and the Seller Shareholders in favor of U.S. Bank of Nevada, executed pursuant to the Construction Loan Agreement, dated as of September 13, 1996, between the Falcon Homes and U.S. Bank of Nevada, (b) that certain Environmental Indemnity, dated as of October 7, 1996, made by the Target, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the Seller and the Seller Shareholders in favor of U.S. Bank of Nevada, executed pursuant to the Construction Loan Agreement, dated as of October 7, 1996, between the Falcon Homes and U.S. Bank of Nevada, (c) that certain Environmental Indemnity, dated as of December 5, 1996, made by the Target, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the Seller and the Seller Shareholders in favor of U.S. Bank of Nevada, executed pursuant to the Construction Loan Agreement, dated as of August 30, 1996, between Xxxx Villas and U.S. Bank of Nevada, and (e) that certain Environmental Indemnity, dated as of November 19, 1996, made by the Target, Falcon Homes, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the Seller and the Seller Shareholders in favor of U.S. Bank of Nevada, executed pursuant to the Construction Loan Agreement, dated as of November 19, 1996, between Xxxx Villas and U.S. Bank of Nevada.

Environmental Indemnities means (i) the Environmental Indemnity from Company in favor of Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders dated as of August 25, 1995, executed and delivered pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement, pursuant to which Company indemnifies Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders against environmental risks, as it has been amended to the date hereof and as it may hereafter be amended, supplemented or other wise modified from time to time and (ii) the Environmental Indem nity from Company in favor of Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders dated as of January 9, 1998, executed and delivered pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement, pursuant to which Company indemnifies Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders against environmental risks, as it has been amended to the date hereof and as it may hereafter be amended, supplemented or other wise modified from time to time.

Environmental Indemnities means the Company Environmental Indemnity and the Xxxxxxxxx Environmental Indemnity.
