Environmental Indemnity Agreements definition

Environmental Indemnity Agreements means any and all environmental indemnity agreements provided by any Credit Party to Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, with respect to Real Property subject to a Mortgage.
Environmental Indemnity Agreements mean the Environmental Indemnity Agreement dated December 15, 1996 and the Environmental Indemnity Agreement dated September 2, 1999, as amended from time to time.

Environmental Indemnity Agreements means, as the context may require, the environmental indemnity agreement dated as of the date of this Agreement to be executed by Debtor for the benefit of the Indemnified Parties and such other parties as are identified in such agreement with respect to a Premises or the environmental indemnity agreements dated as of the date of this Agreement to be executed by Debtor for the benefit of the Indemnified Parties and such other parties as are identified in such agreement with respect to all of the Premises, as the same may be amended from time to time. An Environmental Indemnity Agreement will be executed for each Premises.
Environmental Indemnity Agreements means the Environmental Indemnity Agreements between Borrower, the Guarantors and Bank dated as of the date hereof related to the Owned Real Property and Ground Leased Real Property, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
