Environmental Indemnity definition

Environmental Indemnity means that certain Environmental Indemnity Agreement dated as of the date hereof executed by Borrower in connection with the Loan for the benefit of Lender.

Environmental Indemnity means that certain Environmental Indemnity Agreement executed by Borrower and Indemnitor in connection with the Loan for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

• All of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents (other than the Environmental Indemnity and Guaranty) are hereby made part of this Note to the same extent and with the same force as if they were fully set forth herein.

Environmental Indemnity means that certain Senior Mezzanine Environmental Indemnity Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, executed by Borrower and Guarantor in connection with the Loan for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
