Enquiry Officer definition

Enquiry Officer means an officer of the Authority, or any other person having experience in insurance business, who is appointed by the Authority under regulation 52, to hold an enquiry against an insurance broker;
Enquiry Officer means any Officer of the Board, or any other person, having experience in dealing with the problems relating to the securities market, who is authorised by the Board under Chapter V;
