ENERGY ACTIVITIES means and include all business activities and lines of business conducted by any member of the Willxxxx Xxxup on the Closing Date that is not a member of the Communications Group at the Closing Date; provided however, that after such time, if ever, as Communications shall acquire the Lightel Investment, the Communications Group's activities with respect to the Lightel Investment, including the making of any additional investment in Lightel, shall not be deemed to be included in Energy Activities.

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;
