Emergency mental health services definition

Emergency mental health services means a coordinated system of mental health services which provides an immediate response to assist a person experiencing a mental health crisis.

Education in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work may be substituted for up to one year of the experience requirement.

  • Department of Health and Human Services means the Department of Health and Human Services
