Eligible Start Date definition

Eligible Start Date means the date set forth in Exhibit B, establishing the date on or after which reimbursable Project Costs may be incurred and eligible for reimbursement hereunder.
Eligible Start Date means the date established by the Division upon approval of the financing application. Construction costs incurred after this date are eligible for financing. For Construction Financing the Eligible Start Date may not be earlier than a fundable project’s notice to proceed date or the start of project implementation.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Eligible State means, with respect to the Titling Trust, any State in which the Titling Trust is, if and to the extent required by Applicable Law, qualified, authorized and licensed to hold title or other evidence of the interest in leased vehicles.

  • Eligible Termination means the involuntary termination of Participant’s employment without Cause, provided that at the time of such termination Participant is a Senior Officer and has completed at least ten (10) years of service as a Senior Officer.

  • Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.
