Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory definition

Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory means any Inventory of a Borrower (a) that meets the requirements of Eligible Inventory, except clause (c) of such definition because such Inventory constitutes Slow-Moving Inventory.
Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory means Inventory that, as of any date of determination, is owned by a Borrower and acquired and dispensed by such Borrower in the Ordinary Course of Business that Agent, in its good faith credit judgment and discretion, deems to be Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Inventory shall be Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory unless such Inventory otherwise would be deemed eligible under the definition ofEligible Inventory” except solely due to the requirements set forth in clause (m)(B)) of the definition thereof.
Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory means Inventory of the type or category that Borrowers then have a supply of 52 weeks or more (based on sales over the then preceding 12 consecutive month period) unless Borrowers have not sold any Inventory of such type or category during the then immediately preceding 12 consecutive month period.

More Definitions of Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory

Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory. Slow-Moving Inventory owned by Borrower that meets all of the criteria set forth in the defined term Eligible Inventory except clause (d) thereof, and that Lender, in its Permitted Discretion, deems to be Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory. Without limiting the foregoing, no Inventory shall be Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory unless (a) it is comprised of Slow-Moving Inventory of Borrower of not more than twenty-four (24) months’ supply of such type or category of Slow-Moving Inventory and (b) Borrower possesses sales data for Inventory of the same category and type for at least the preceding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory means and include Slow Moving Inventory that would otherwise constitute Eligible Inventory if not for the fact that such Inventory is Slow Moving Inventory.

Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory means Inventory that would otherwise constitute Eligible Inventory but solely for the fact that it is Slow-Moving Inventory; provided, however, that Inventory that has not been launched for sale shall not be considered Eligible Slow-Moving Inventory if it has been in Borrower’s possession for more than three months.
