Eligible Partnership Administrative Services definition

Eligible Partnership Administrative Services means the following administrative services that Morton Plant and Mease may elect to own, manage, operate or provide by the Partnership described herein:

  • Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:

  • Habilitative services means those services provided by

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Child protective services means the identification, receipt and immediate response to complaints

  • Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Rehabilitative services means specialized services by a therapist or a therapist assistant to a resident to attain optimal functioning including but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and audiology.

  • Protective services means expedited services that are provided:

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug

  • Pharmacy benefits manager means a person that performs pharmacy benefits management.

  • Preventive services means preservation services, as defined

  • Supportive services means those services and activities provided in con- nection with minority business enter- prise programs which are designed to increase the total number of minority businesses active in the highway pro- gram and contribute to the growth and eventual self-sufficiency of individual minority businesses so that such busi- nesses may achieve proficiency to com- pete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.

  • Additional gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are more than the schedule fee and which otherwise meet the requirements of the fund’s no or known gap policy, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Long-term inpatient care means inpatient services for

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Nursing home administrator or "administrator" means any individual who is charged with the general administration of a nursing home, whether or not such an individual has an ownership interest in such home and whether or not the functions and duties are shared with one or more other individuals.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • Basic health plan services means that schedule of covered

  • Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Administrative Staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;

  • Family planning services means services for clients of child bearing age (including minors who can be considered to be sexually active) who desire such services and that are intended to prevent pregnancy or otherwise limit family size.

  • Resident Partner means a partner who is a resident individual, a resident estate, a resident trust or a resident corporation. "Nonresident partner" means a partner other than a resident partner;
