Electricity Act, 2003 or E Act 2003 definition

Electricity Act, 2003 or E Act 2003 means the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003) enacted by the Parliament and includes any amendment thereto.

  • Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;

  • S.A.F.E. Act means the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008, Title V of the housing and economic recovery act of 2008 ("HERA"), P.L. 110-289, effective July 30, 2008.

  • UK Bribery Act means the United Kingdom Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000.

  • Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;

  • Society Act means the Society Act of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;

  • the 1996 Act means the Education Act 1996;

  • PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.

  • Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)

  • the 1992 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1992;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;

  • OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;

  • Transparency Act means the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-282), as amended by §6202 of Public Law 110-252. The Transparency Act also is referred to as FFATA.

  • Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);

  • ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

  • the 1991 Act means the Water Industry Act 1991(a);

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation;

  • Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;

  • the 1998 Act (“Deddf 1998”) means the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998;

  • BBBEE Act means the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003);

  • the 1999 Act means the Greater London Authority Act 1999;

  • the 1997 Act means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8);

  • PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

  • SEBI Act or “Act” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992;

  • WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 (NT) and includes subordinate legislation made under that Act including regulations and approved codes of practice as well as any amendment, re-enactment or replacement of such Act ; and

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
