Electric Membership Corporations definition

Electric Membership Corporations or "EMCs" - means any one or more of those electric membership corporations identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (for so long as and to the extent that such EMC or its successor remains a member of Oglethorpe Power).
