Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.
Compensatory mitigation means types of mitigation used to replace project-induced critical area and buffer losses or impacts.
Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated May 14, 2020, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Borrower shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.
Minor Administrative Change refers to a change to the Contract that does not increase the fees or term and done in accordance with Section 4.01 of these Special Conditions.
Reduction in Force means abolition of positions in an agency or part of an agency and the corresponding nondisciplinary removal of affected employees from such positions through separation from employment or through displacement to other positions.
Mitigation means balancing measures that are designed, implemented and function to restore natural functions and values that are otherwise lost through development and human activities.
HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. Corrective Action Plan has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
Mitigation bank means a site providing off-site, consolidated compensatory mitigation that is developed and approved in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws or regulations for the establishment, use and operation of mitigation banks, and is operating under a signed banking agreement.
Termination, Moving You may cancel your acceptance of the Agreement with XOOM at any time prior to midnight of the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the date of the first bill from your utility that includes XOOM charges for gas supply service without penalty or cancellation fee by calling XOOM at 0-000-000-0000 or by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. When moving to an address within your local utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your local utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
