EAP Plan definition

EAP Plan means the plan as agreed by the JSC for the initiation and performance of an early access program for Product in the Field. The EAP Plan will be attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
EAP Plan means IMPATIENTS’ plan, including its responsibilities, for the initiation and performance of an early access program for Product in the Field. The EAP Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit I.

  • The City agrees to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees pursuant to the current EAP Plan document.
