Dutch Pledge definition

Dutch Pledge means the Dutch law governed pledge over shares dated the Closing Date between the Borrower, as pledgor, and Alliance One International Xxxxx B.V., as the company, and the Collateral Agent, as collateral agent, in respect of the pledge by the Borrower over its shares in Alliance One International Xxxxx B.V.
Dutch Pledge is defined in Section 11.12 hereof.

Dutch Pledge means that certain pledge agreement executed by Xxxxxx Holdings Inc. in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, relating to the Equity Interests of Xxxxxx Global C.V., which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
