Examples of DTC Certificates in a sentence

  • Each distribution of principal and interest on any Class of DTC Certificates shall be distributed by the Paying Agent to the Depository in immediately available funds.

  • The final distribution in respect of any Class of DTC Certificates shall only be made upon presentation and surrender thereof at the office of the Paying Agent specified to the Depository.
