DS Supplier definition

DS Supplier. An entity that (i) has been selected through the DS Solicitation and has accepted the obligations and associated rights to provide DS Supply to the Company for DS Customers in accordance with the Applicable Legal Authorities, (ii) has entered into this Agreement with the Company as a Party, and (iii) is a PJM Member and registered with PJM as a LSE. DS Supplier Representative – Any officer, director, employee, consultant, contractor, or other agent or representative of the DS Supplier in connection with the DS Supplier’s activity under this Agreement. To the extent the DS Supplier is a division or group of a company, the term DS Supplier Representative does not include any person in that company who is not part of the DS Supplier division or group.

  • The DS Supplier may, with prior written notice to the Company but without obtaining the approval of the Company, assign the accounts, revenues or proceeds under this Agreement to a third party.

  • The DS Supplier shall have the opportunity to request that the Company re-evaluate its creditworthiness whenever an event occurs that the DS Supplier believes would improve the determination made by the Company of its creditworthiness.

  • Each Billing Month, the Company will prepare a statement of interest amounts due to the DS Supplier.

  • The Company shall have no obligation whatsoever to DS Supplier with respect to the effect, if any, of such programs.

  • The statement will be sent to the DS Supplier within three (3) Business Days after the end of the Billing Month via overnight mail or other expeditious means.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.

  • Former Supplier a supplier supplying services to the Customer before the Relevant Transfer Date that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services (or any part of the Services) and shall include any sub-contractor of such supplier (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.
