DPI Products means the products set forth in Exhibit A, as updated from time to time by mutual agreement in writing between BAXS and DPI.

  • Subject to the limitations herein, during the Term, DPI hereby grants BAXS a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted under Section 14.1) and non-sublicensable, fully-paid and royalty-free limited license to use the DPI Trademarks in the Territory only in connection with BAXS’ promotion, marketing and distribution of the DPI Products pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.
