District Sales Tax definition

District Sales Tax means the community improvement sales and use tax levied by the District in accordance with the CID Act in the amount of one percent (1.0%).
District Sales Tax means the sales and use tax levied by the District on the receipts from the sale at retail of all eligible tangible personal property or taxable services at retail within its boundaries pursuant to the CID Act in the amount not to exceed one percent (1%).

More Definitions of District Sales Tax

District Sales Tax means the one percent (1%) community improvement district sales and use tax to be imposed by the District pursuant to Section 4.01.
