Distribution Use of System definition

Distribution Use of System means the agreement of that name entered into Agreement” pursuant to Section 34 of the Act;

  • Natural channel design concepts means the utilization of engineering analysis and fluvial geomorphic processes to create, rehabilitate, restore, or stabilize an open conveyance system for the purpose of creating or recreating a stream that conveys its bankfull storm event within its banks and allows larger flows to access its bankfull bench and its floodplain.

  • Electric distribution system means the part of the electric system, after the transmission system, that is dedicated to delivering electric energy to an end user.

  • Water distribution system means that portion of the water supply system in which water is conveyed from the water treatment plant or other supply point to the premises of the consumer.

  • Distribution Plan means the plan hereafter approved by the MDL Court for the distribution of the Settlement Amount (net of any attorneys’ fees or costs that are awarded by the MDL Court) to Stanford Investors who have had their Claims allowed by the Receiver.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
