Distribution Utility definition

Distribution Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Purchaser at the Premises;
Distribution Utility means an electric utility that owns and operates a distribution system connecting the transmission grid to the retail electricity consumer.
Distribution Utility means a large investor-owned transmission and distribution utility that has an affiliated competitive provider.[PL 1997, c. 316, §3 (NEW).]
