Corporation Request and "Corporation Order" mean, respectively, the written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, its Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Transaction Request Defined in Section 3.01(a).
Conversion Request A Notice given by the Borrower to Bank of the Borrower's election to convert or continue a Loan therewith in accordance with Section 2.1A hereof.
Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.
Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.
Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
Demand Registration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1(a).
Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.
Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:
Extension Request means any Term Loan Extension Request or a Revolver Extension Request, as the case may be.
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
Shelf Takedown Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.5(a).
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Written Request means a request made, in writing, by the Insured to us. All pronouns include either gender unless the context indicates otherwise.
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice in the form of Exhibit F to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.04 evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.
Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.
Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part I of Schedule 3 (Requests).
Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Revolver Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).
