Interest Election Request definition
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Revolving Borrowing or Term Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.08, and being in the form of attached Exhibit C.

If any such Interest Election Request requests a Term Benchmark Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07 and substantially in the form of Exhibit E or another form approved by the Administrative Agent.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Revolving Borrowing or Term Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07, which shall be, in the case of any such written request, in the form of Exhibit E or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
