The Dissenting Lender shall not be required to pay any fee relating to such assignment.
The Borrower shall pay to such Dissenting Lender, concurrently with the effectiveness of such assignment, any amounts payable under Section 3.05 of this Agreement that would have been payable, in respect of any assignment of Eurodollar Loans, if the Borrower had voluntarily prepaid the respective Loans.
In the event that any Lender shall fail to consent to such a request for extension, the Borrower shall have the right to replace such Dissenting Lender in accordance with Section 2.19.
