Non-Consenting Lender definition

Non-Consenting Lender means any Lender that does not approve any consent, waiver or amendment that (a) requires the approval of all Lenders or all affected Lenders in accordance with the terms of Section 11.01 and (b) has been approved by the Required Lenders.

Non-Consenting Lender means any Lender that does not approve any consent, waiver or amendment that (a) requires the approval of all Lenders or all affected Lenders in accordance with the terms of Section 10.01 and (b) has been approved by the Required Lenders.

Non-Consenting Lender has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(d).

Examples of Non-Consenting Lender in a sentence

• A Non-Consenting Lender shall not be required to make any such assignment and delegation if prior thereto, such Non-Consenting Lender consents to the applicable amendment, waiver or consent.

• Each Non-Consenting Lender required to make such assignment shall promptly execute and deliver an assignment and acceptance with the applicable Replacement Lender.
