Examples of Consenting Lender in a sentence
The Borrower hereby gives notice to each Non- Consenting Lender that, upon receipt of Revolving Lender Consents, if such Non-Consenting Lender has not executed and delivered a Revolving Lender Consent, such Non-Consenting Lender shall execute or be deemed to have executed a counterpart of the Assignment and Assumption and shall in accordance therewith sell its existing Revolving Credit Loans and Revolving Credit Commitments as specified in the Assignment and Assumption.
Without limiting the foregoing sentence in any way, if the Transactions are not consummated or if this Agreement is terminated for any reason, each Consenting Lender fully reserves any and all of its respective rights, remedies, and interests, including, without limitation, all rights under the Loan Documents.
