Discharge of the First Lien Obligations definition

Discharge of the First Lien Obligations shall have the meaning provided in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Discharge of the First Lien Obligations means payment in full of all indebtedness, obligations and liabilities of the Credit Parties under the Credit Documents.
Discharge of the First Lien Obligations means the occurrence of all of the following: (i) the termination of all commitments to extend credit that would constitute First Lien Obligations and (ii) payment in full of all First Lien Obligations in accordance with the terms of the First Lien Credit Agreement (other than contingent indemnity obligations not due and payable).
