Disc Products definition

Disc Products means the Executable Software on PS3 Format Discs, Advertising Materials, Packaging, Printed Materials and Product Information relating to any individual title which shall consist of one application software product per Unit. Disc Products may, but need not, be designed to allow Online Gameplay.

  • To insure compatibility of PlayStation 3 Format Discs with the System, consistent quality of the Disc Products and incorporation of anti-piracy security measures, the SCE Company shall designate and license a Designated Manufacturing Facility or Facilities to reproduce PlayStation 3 Format Discs.

  • Publisher shall not be required to recall or destroy previously manufactured Disc Products, unless such Disc Products do not comply with the original standards, requirements and conditions set forth in the Guidelines or unless explicitly required to do so in writing by the SCE Company.

  • The SCE Company shall not directly or indirectly resell any such sample Units of the Disc Products without Publisher’s prior written consent.
