Direct Market Access Services definition

Direct Market Access Services means any direct market access services in respect of Securities Dealing Services or Futures/Options Trading Services in any applicable Market(s) to be provided or currently provided, as the case may be, by CLSA;

  • The Services offered by CLSA include Securities Dealing Services and Futures/Options Trading Services, whether or not including Direct Market Access Services and /or Custody Services.

  • If you have requested that we provide you with Direct Market Access Services in respect of Futures/Options Trading Services and we have approved such request, you acknowledge that we are obliged to assist the SGX-DT in any investigation into potential violations of the Futures Trading Rules and applicable laws.

  • Trading on an electronic trading system (including, without limitation, through the Direct Market Access Services) may differ from trading on other electronic trading systems.

  • You may not delegate or permit any use of the Direct Market Access Services to any persons other than your own authorised persons without our prior written approval.

  • Subject to Clauses 1.2 and 1.3 below, in this CLSA Securities (Thailand) Limited Futures/Options Trading Services Annex, including the Schedule, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the “CLSA Asia- Pacific Terms of Business” (the “ Terms of Business”), the Futures/Options Trading Services Annex and the Direct Market Access Services Annex.

  • A reference to any thing, including but not limited to any amount, is a reference to the whole of it.

  • Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Switched Exchange Access Service means the offering of transmission or switching cervices to Telecommunications Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Exchange Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800/888 access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Exchange Access Services.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
