Dilos Contract definition

Dilos Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 25 May 2007, made between the Builder and the Dilos Borrower, as amended by addendum number 1 thereto dated 28 June 2007, further amended by addendum number 2 dated 16 June 2008 and as may be further amended, supplemented, varied, replaced or novated from time to time with the prior written consent of the Bank, relating to the construction and sale by the Builder, and the purchase by the Dilos Borrower, of the Dilos Ship;

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • works contract means a contract for building, construction, fabrication, completion, erection, installation, fitting out, improvement, modification, repair, maintenance, renovation, alteration or commissioning of any immovable property wherein transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) is involved in the execution of such contract;

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.
