DFCCIL means Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd, a Govt. of India Enterprise (under Ministry of Railways) and a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having it’s registered office at 5th Floor, Supreme Court Metro Station Complex, New Delhi-110001 represented through its Managing Director or CGM/GM (hereinafter referred to as “DFCCIL”) which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, be deemed to include it’s successors and assigns.
