Development Change Register definition

Development Change Register has the meaning set out in Schedule 6 [Changes, Minor Works and Innovation Proposals];
Development Change Register has the meaning set out in Schedule 12 [Changes]; “Dewatering” has the meaning set out in Schedule 7 [Environmental Obligations];
Development Change Register has the meaning given in Section 1.5 [Reconciliation] of Appendix 14-A [Design Development Change Procedure];

  • No later than the 10th day of each month, the Contractor’s Representative will prepare and deliver to Hydro’s Representative, For Information Only, a register of all Development Changes agreed during the prior month (the "Development Change Register").

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;
