Detailed Investment Plan means the Detailed Investment Plan for the remaining years of the BCC approved by the MPI and attached to the Amendment and the Supplementary Contract to the BCC signed on 20 July, 2000.

  • Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;
