Designated Province definition

Designated Province means each Selling Jurisdiction in Canada where Special Warrants are actually distributed;
Designated Province means a province of Canada designated by the regulations.
Designated Province means a province or territory of Canada that is prescribed as a province or territory in which there is in force legislation substantially similar to this Act;

  • Designated provider means a person who:
