Registered Provider definition

Registered Provider means a registered provider of social housing (see section 80 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008);
Registered Provider means a registered provider of social housing as defined in section 80 of the Housing and Regeneration Xxx 0000 who is registered with the Regulator of Social Housing pursuant to section 111 of the Housing and Regeneration Xxx 0000 and has not been removed from the register and who has been approved by the Council;
Registered Provider means an English local authority entered on the Register pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Housing and Regeneration Xxx 0000 (Registration of Local Authorities) Order 2010; Regulator means the Regulator of Social Housing established pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the HRA 2008 or any similar future authority (including any statutory successor) carrying on substantially the same regulatory or supervisory functions; Regulatory Body means any government departments or regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in this Agreement, the AHP Dwellings delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other affairs of Homes England; Rehabilitated or Rehabilitation or Rehabilitating shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 3.3 (Rehabilitation Requirements and Scheme Types) in the Chapter of the Capital Funding Guide entitled "Procurement and scheme issues"; Relevant Authority means any governmental or other authority, court with relevant jurisdiction, the local planning authority, landlord, funder, adjoining landowner or any other person whose consent is required to undertake the Works necessary to the Delivery of the Firm Scheme or perform the Grant Recipient's obligations under this Agreement;
