Designated Manufacturing Facility definition

Designated Manufacturing Facility means a manufacturing facility or facilities which is designated by SCEA in its sole discretion to manufacture Licensed Products and/or their component parts, which may include manufacturing facilities owned and operated by affiliated companies of SCEA.
Designated Manufacturing Facility means a manufacturing facility that is designated by the SIE Company, in its sole discretion, to manufacture and assemble Physical Media Products or any of their component parts in that SIE Company’s Territory.

Examples of Designated Manufacturing Facility in a sentence

  • Any Designated Manufacturing Facility shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement.

  • Publisher may either procure assembly services from a Designated Manufacturing Facility or from an alternate source.

  • No deduction may be made from remittances unless an approved credit memo has been issued by a Designated Manufacturing Facility.

  • Purchase shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in any purchase order form supplied to Publisher by the Designated Manufacturing Facility.

  • Neither SCEA nor any Designated Manufacturing Facility shall have an obligation to store completed Units of Licensed Products.

  • If Publisher elects to use alternate assembly facilities, neither SCEA nor any Designated Manufacturing Facility shall be responsible for any delays or missing component parts arising from use of alternate assembly facilities.

  • Neither SCEA nor a Designated Manufacturing Facility shall be responsible for shortage or breakage with respect to any order if component parts and/or assembly services are obtained from alternate sources.

  • Except as otherwise provided in section III.B.3. of this appendix, the full amount of an asset or transaction supported, in whole or in part, by a direct credit substitute or a recourse obligation.

  • Publisher may either specify a mode of delivery or allow Designated Manufacturing Facility to select a mode of delivery.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Cannabis cultivation facility means a person that:

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Marijuana cultivation facility means an entity licensed to cultivate, prepare, and package marijuana and sell marijuana to retail marijuana stores, to marijuana product manufacturing facilities, and to other marijuana cultivation facilities, but not to consumers.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and all applicable governmental rules and regulations as applied at the site(s) of manufacture and control, as amended from time to time and in effect during the term of this License Agreement.

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;
