Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :
Designated facility means anyexisting facility (see § 60.2) which emits a designated pollutant and which would be subject to a standard of performance for that pollutant if the existing facility were an affected facility (see § 60.2).
Designated facility also means a generator site designated on the manifest to receive its waste as a return shipment from a facility that has rejected the waste in accordance with WAC 173-303-370 (5)(f).

Designated facility means any ex- isting facility (see § 60.2(aa)) which emits a designated pollutant and which would be subject to a standard of per- formance for that pollutant if the ex- isting facility were an affected facility (see § 60.2(e)).

Designated facility has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.2(b) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Early Termination Date” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.7(b) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Event of Default” means any one of the events set out in Clause 25 of the Account Terms.
