Designated Company Director definition

Designated Company Director means a person elected to the office of Designated Company Director in accordance with Bye-law 85;
Designated Company Director has the meaning set forth in Section 6.24(a).
Designated Company Director is a person who has been selected by the shareholders of Parent as a Designated Company Director in accordance with the Bye-Laws of Parent.
