Dependant family members for this purpose means dependant parents, dependant children under the age of 21 years, dependant spouse and any other person(s) dependant on the Designated Employee.

  • Dependant student means a dependant person who is 21 years or over and:

  • Family means (a) an individual, (b) such individual’s spouse, (c) any other natural person who is related to such individual or such individual’s spouse within the second degree of kinship and (d) any other natural person who has been adopted by such individual.

  • Qualified Beneficiaries has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

  • Children of military families means: a school-aged child(ren), enrolled in Kindergarten through Twelfth (12th) grade, in the household of an active duty member.
