Denali Entity definition

Denali Entity means any one or more of Denali and the Denali Affiliates; provided, however, notwithstanding the foregoing, solely for purposes of Article IV, “Denali Entity” shall mean any one or more of Denali and its subsidiaries (other than any Corporation Entity).
